Power BI - filter by relative date shows one more day

Good morning, I have the following drawback.

When filtering by relative date, which belongs to the last day, include today. It results in the date of the next day.

Example: If today is December 15, the fitro (inluir date today) results in December 16.

please if someone knows how to synchronize the date of the power bi with the date of the windows system.

The relative date selection is based on the regional setting in File --> Options and Settings --> Options  --> Global --> Regional Settings

That same option was configured from the beginning.

For some reason, today when I reopen the power bi, the dashboard already shows me the correct date.
