    Hi,

     

    I'm not sure about the first one.

     

    But the second is possible in a matrix.

    Just put the columns you want in rows to create a hierarchy and go into row headers options and enable:

    MariaFlorenciaB afaik, you cannot freeze but you can surely do +/-, go to format tab and turn it on
