Power BI doughnut chart

Hi there,

I seem to be struggling with how this Power BI visual should work. It seems simple enough, however in my current doughnut chart I have two values. 1) Customer value and 2) total value. Right now it looks like my chart is separating them both into their own totals (screenshot included below). However I want it to show the customer amount within the total amount. For example, my customer value equals 1,200 and my total value equals 1,500, therefore, the light blue chunk should take up most of the doughnut when compared to the total value. 

Is there a way to do this?

I believe what you want to do is create another Measure:

Remainder = [Total] - [Customer]

This will give a value of ~ 300.

Then use Customer and Remainder in your Visual.

Yes! This is exactly what I just figured out and it works. Seems I was overcomplicating it in my head haha.
