Power BI doesn't show BW query dimensions in PRD environment

Something really strange is happening with a BW query.

In DEV environment we have a query that works great. 

But in QA and PRD environments the query only shows the key figure:

It seems that the problem is with only one infoobject, and if we remove this infoobject from the query the others dimensions become visible. 

We tried transporting the infoobject and the cube again, but the problem persists.

Has anyone had this problem in BW?

Can you share some detail information about your scenario?

For e.g. 

1. Power bi desktop version you test on?
2. OS version?
3. Did you test on similar environment?
4. BW client bit and version?

3. We all have the same problem, also some colleagues in other country

I think your issue may related to compatitiply between 32bit and 64bit power.

In my opinion, I'd like to suggest you do some further test on same bit to make sure if this issue related to specific bit version.

We tested with both Power BI Desktop versions, 32-bit (first) and 64-bit (then), and its exactly the same.

Did this issue only appear on specific desktop versions? If this is a case, I will do some further test on that version and report to power bi team if I can reproduce.
