Please try the following steps to resolve the Power BI Desktop crashing issue.
First, uninstall Power BI from the Control Panel and then delete the following folders to remove old cache: C:\Users\<YourName>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop and C:\Users\<YourName>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop.
Restart your system, then download the latest Power BI Desktop version from the official Microsoft website and install it by right-clicking the installer and choosing “Run as administrator.” Next, check your display scaling settingsif it is set to 150%, it may cause problems. Go to Settings > System > Display and change the scaling to 100%, then restart your PC.
Finally, try launching Power BI Desktop by right-clicking the shortcut and selecting “Run as administrator.” If this works, set it permanently by right-clicking the shortcut, going to Properties > Compatibility, and checking “Run this program as an administrator.
If I misunderstand your needs or you still have problems on it, please feel free to let us know.
If the response has addressed your query, please Accept it as a solution and give a 'Kudos' so other members can easily find it
