Hi @HelloWorld1,

 

I assume you want a calculated column. The formula is like this: 

Column1+8h = [Column1] + time(8,0,0)

You also can change its format.

Power_BI_desktop_how_to_add_a_column_which_is_add_8_hours_based_on_another_time_column2
