Power BI auto refresh issue

Hey guys,   I've recently taken over someone elses Power BI published reports, and don't seem to have the capacity to refresh them without downloading them to desktop and doing the refresh in there...

Hi Sean753 ,

 

Please make sure you have configured the data source credential correctly in Dataset setting.

If the refresh of your data source need Gateway, please make sure you have configure the credential in gateway correctly.
