Power BI WaterFall Sort Order

Thank you for your attempted help but this does not help.
I have done everything that was stated in that article and this program will not sort by the Quarters.
and have you done the other things I suggested?
"You should set up your Date Table and use that to create/store your quarters. And you should be plotting a measure/value on the chart x axis. As it is you have non-related data (no table relationships) being plotted that have no numeric value, at least not the ones you want."
