Power BI Service Login Nightmare

Although am not new to MS I have been provideing BI services on Tableau and Google for quite some time.  My goal here is to be able to publish Power BI Dashboards to the fabric gallery to be used for portfolio purposes.

 

A few weeks back I manage to get my fabric account swithced from my work email address to my personal email address.  My personal email address is on my domain which is hosted on the internet.  At one point I was able to confirm my domain by entering a MX text record.  Now for the life of me I can not login to the app.powerbi.com service.  Correct me if I am wrong  but I would need to login to publish dashboards.   

 

Any help here is GREATLY appreciated.  Thanks!

    Hi srsmetrics ,

    Power BI requires a work or school email address for sign-in. Personal email addresses, even those hosted on personal domains, often encounter issues during the sign-in process. This might be the root cause of the login difficulties you're experiencing.

    Ensure that the account you're attempting to use with Power BI is recognized as a work or school account within Microsoft's ecosystem. Personal accounts, even those on custom domains, might not be compatible. You can verify this by attempting to login to other Microsoft services like Office 365 or Azure with the same account.
    Sometimes, cached data in your browser can cause login issues. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or attempt to sign in using an incognito or private browsing window.

     

    If these don't help, could you please share:

    The exact error message or code you receive when attempting to log in?
    Have you tried accessing the Power BI service using a different browser or network environment?
