Power BI Report with barcharts using different rows

Can we develop a similar view like this in Power BI.

Here the yaxis (rows) are different, but xaxis(column) is common for all.

All Rows are different in the original data and have different ranges.

Well, below chart is one of the most simple bar charts that can be easily created in Tableau.

I have already checked this message below and this is not helpful for my case.

    Hi DJ_45 ,

     

    As far as I know, currently Power BI only supports us to add data bar in table visual or matrix visual.

    For reference:

    Your demand is a good idea, while it is not supported to implement in Power BI currently.
    You can submit a new idea to improve the Power BI.
    It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
