Power BI Report Collaboration
A user shared workspace with me and i tried edit a report online ( Since i had to add a new sheet to existing report ) however i'm unable to add new datasource to it. How can i go about it ? ...
Ensure you have edit access to the workspace.
Download the file, modify it in Power BI Desktop by adding the data source.
Make sure existing visuals are not impacted by the new data.
Publish the modified report under a new name to avoid disrupting the original.
Kedar_Pande : I think that's a good approach to rename and publish , if everythings fine we could then overwrite the same report ? so that the end users don't need a change of links and stuff
