Power BI Publish Error
When connected to the Ethernet (cable connection) in Power BI desktop, while publishing a report to Power BI Service, I get the following error: The underlying connection was closed: an unexpected error occured on receive. However, when connected via WiFi (same network), the report publish goes through as normal. I am assuming some setting on the Ethernet connection needs to change. I would appreciate help on this.
Hi charl_cfm - It might be an network configuration differences between your Ethernet and WiFi connections.
you can check the network profile is set to private or public and DNS configuations are set properly.
Go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings.
Right-click on your WiFi adapter and select Disable.also, cross check the ethernet drivers are updated from below path
Device Manager: Device Manager > Network adapters > Your Ethernet adapter > Update driver.
