Power BI/Power Query modifies numeric data imported from Excel

hello, good morning, everyone. My problem is that I'm importing Excel into Power BI to work with it. In that excel file I have a column called "Age" which is the subtraction between today and the "generation date" (generation date is another excel column). The "Age" column is in numeric format in Excel and can accept decimals. When I export the file to excel I get a value close but different from my excel.

NOTE: "ANTIGUO DIAS" is "Age" and its formula is =TODAY()-N2   (N2 is "generation date")

The data in my Excel is like this:

And Power Query transforms it to the following:

XangeleZ26_1-1688507453066.png

We can notice that Power Query transforms my 32.21 to 31.20980324. It does not have any filters applied in Power Query. Power Query already applies this change from the second step by default

Hi @XangeleZ26 ,

I tested it with some dummy data and Power Query loads the data as it is. It's hard to figure out what could be wrong without having the actual data or a sample of it as an excel file.

Well, I just entered Power BI after a few hours and oh surprise, the data appears correct after clicking "update". The strange thing is that hours before I had made the comparison and also updated Power BI several times, however the data was still incorrect so I decided to go to the forum. It's literally all right now. Is it a bug? Anyway, thank you very much

I've never encountered that before so I can't say for sure that it is a bug. I would love to be able to figure that out  myself but glad that you got it working.
