Super Usertalhaparvaiz , In matrix, if you are using a Column(pivot) then you can sort on grand total of the value (on column) or on the row column. You will not be able to sort on individual values of column(pivot)

talhaparvaiz , You can rearrange column by creating a sort column

You need to a column with sort order and mark that as a sort column https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-sort-by-column
