Power BI License

Hello Community,

 

I need as to know Licensing cost estimation. Consider we have 200 users in that 15 Developers and others are frequent report viewers. If I choose user based licensing Total cost would be 200*10$(Power BI Pro)=$2000 with that is there any gateway charges,compute processing fees, data transfers along with license cost.

 

For premium capacity licensing do we require power bi pro licenses for developers

      As we have different types of premium capacity nodes (EM1,EM2,EM3,P1,P2,P3,P4,P5), could you please share number of users can view the report content

        You're welcome! If you are in premium capacity there is no specific limit on the number of viewers.
