Power BI File can't updated after uploaded to Power BI - Myspace

Hi there,

I am creating a datasource which plan to extract data on weekly basis by using Power BI.

I have created a Power BI file, which import several files from my desktop, and the Power BI File upload to my office 365 Account (in MyWorkspace). I can extract the data via Excel for further analysis.

However, I can't refresh the data by clicking the button highlighted in yellow below. 

Inquiry:

1. Any setting may help me solve my problem?

2. If I can't use the Power BI file uploaded to My space. Any chances I can connect my Power BI file as datasource which save in my desktop?

@kenchan , On the three dots in front of dataset, you have an option for setting.

Then make sure datasource setting and on- premise setting(if needed) are done to make sure refresh works
