Hello All,
Currently I am working in a project of migrating qliksense reports to Power BI.
In Qliksense, we have Set Analysis feature where we can switch the filters list to show and move the placement of filters as per the order based on the main filter selection.
I am trynig to have this in power bi using Field parameters.
Below is are my tables with sample data and the model.
Table1 - Users - containts the data of users and which are all the filters that these users should have.
Index helps us in which order these slicers should place dynamically based on the user id selection from main slicer.
Table2 - Filed Parameter table -
I am able to displace the slicers based on user selection and the slicers the user should have in list to select and filter the data.
Mohan User -
Sameer User:
Vamshikrishan User
I am able to acheive this by having visual level filters for all these based on their Index's which coming from Users Table.
Like wise for all other slicers i have filtered using Index values and which works at certain level only.
The issue here is, For Mohan we have 9 filters and all the 9 filters are coming in order.
But for Sameer we have only 6, here in my report till 6 slicer which is SKU, the slicers are getting change dynamically, but as 7, 8, 9 are already selected for Mohan list, even though the numbers are not available but it is still showing as what it was there for Mohan User...same thing happening for vamshi as well.
Can anyone please help to get this thing done.
here is the google drive link of the pbi report file.

@v-shex-msft thanks for the reply and suggesting to check on the Many to many relationships.

but i am still facing the same issue here.
Any more suggestions or help on this please.
