Power BI Desktop "Get Data" using Web Option (API Pull) Details: "Web.Contents failed to get content

Hey All!

I need some help with using the Get Data -> Web feature of power bi desktop. i enter in my credentials for my user account for the site (formsite.com) but it gives me the following error:

And here is the link window when putting in my link i wish to use to connect (it is the API link handed out by my website):

I have tried using just connecting to an API key, but thats telling me the following:

i literally just copy and pasted the key that is being shown (Well in the site its labeled as the Account Access token, but my experience with this is minimal so i might be mixing this up for something else)

would any of you fine folk know whats going on here?
