Dear Power BI Community,
Problem:
I need your support on above matter, as I have the data can be seen in Power BI table but how to export this data to Microsoft Excel to get the exact summarized table with all the amont sorted from highest to the lowest. Below is the picture:
Result: The exact table as above picture in Microsoft Excel.
Thank you in advance!
Maybe you can also share the result you are getting when you export.
Have you also tried to review these settings?
This is what I got after i export the data, it became individual data where i need the total data. The manual work is not preferable as it consist of 1 million row. Each OFP have more than 200K row of data. Example: OFP 486 total cases = Total OE + Total Provision. and yes, I have check the setting its the same as you showed.
I'm pretty sure you can only export as summarized data when you export from a report published to the power bi service.
Hi, I have tried as well it still shows like this even after published.
Hi,
Data can be exported to MS Excel in a flat file format. You can click on the 3 dots of the visual and click on Export data.
I have done that but it shows the non summerized version of the data, where i want the summarized version as shown in the picture where total case for OE, Prov and Others are combined. Is that possible?
