Power BI Desktop error when connecting to local MySQL

Question

I want to pull JIRA data into my version of PowerBI Desktop to create my own dashboards but can't seem to connect.

I know the web version of PowerBI has a content pack you can use, but you can't customize the reports with the web version of PowerBI - you need to be able to pull the JIRA data into the Desktop version of PowerBI to modify the reports.

Anyone have any insight, advice, thoughts, visions or premonitions on how to do this?

In Power BI Desktop, when connecting MySQL database, you need to install MySQL Connectors. As I tested, it can connect MySQL database properly.
