Hi All,
I am trying to get all my team mates tickets information to be fetched in the Power BI Desktop Application through Sharepoint where the tickets are showing right in the Power BI Desktop.
When I try to publish the same Report into the Power BI Web its not working properly with respect to the Filters.
Currently I am making the report to refresh for 3 times a day.
Tried Troubleshooting:
Tried to publish the report once again from my Power BI Desktop where the Slicer have the Engineers name to filter the 30 days aged tickets.
The tickets are not getting filters for the Engineers whom i am selecting but if I refresh the data in the Power BI Desktop its working perfectly but not working as expected in the Power BI Web Visual.Anyone faced the same issue ?

Thanks for the reply from @audreygerred , please allow me to provide another insight:
Because you've set your report to refresh 3 times a day, make sure that the refresh schedule is configured correctly in the Power BI service. Sometimes, discrepancies in data refresh can cause unexpected behavior in filters. For more information about setting up scheduled refresh, visit Configure scheduled refresh:
Configure scheduled refresh - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Make sure that filters and slicers are configured correctly in the report. Keep in mind that slicers behave differently in Power BI Desktop and the Power BI service. For detailed guidance on adding and configuring filters, see Add filters to a report:
Add a filter to a report in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
If you're using the Publish to Web feature, note that it doesn't display the Filters pane. Instead, consider adding a slicer for filtering, as described in Publish to the web from Power BI:
