I published a report from Desktop to a workspace. I add visualizations to the desktop report, how do I refresh to reflect what is on the desktop Power BI to the Workspace?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @PBInonpro,
If you publish to the modified versions to the same workspace, power bi service will expand and analysis uploaded report contents, report names to choose to replace existed report or create a new report in this workspace.

Xiaoxin Sheng
Hi @PBInonpro,
In fact, these operations only mean the report has been 'publish' to power bi service side.
They do not exist any sync features to commit and update the difference between desktop and service versions. You still need to publish the new version report to replace and update the existed old report.

Xiaoxin Sheng
Thank you, so when you publish a new report, it is in the same workspace or a new workspace?
Hi @PBInonpro,
