I am working on a Tabular Report where I am getting the data as -
| TextCol1 | TextCol2 | TextCol3 | TextCol4 | NumericCol5 |
| A | AB | ABC | D1 | 1 |
| A | AB | ABC | D2 | 2 |
| A | AB | ABC | D2 | 3 |
| A | AB | ABC | D4 | 4 |
But I want to Merge/Group the row data in the first 3 columns as below -
I tried using the Matrix stepped layout but couldn't achieve the exact format. Can anybody explain how to achieve this functionality using table or Matrix.

Please check details of format the matrix in my pbix.

@Arora_Sangeet Did you try turning off the stepped layout? You may also have to play with which fields are summarized, and could try this in a table visualization as well depending on your data, and as you add the columns to the 'values' click the down arrow to determine if they should be 'don't summarize' or 'sum' or something different.
With the table you'll get the subheadings repeating, with the matrix you'll get something similar to (so will have one extra row of headings from what you want):
You can always play with font colour for headings and add shapes if really needed.
