Power BI Desktop App not refreshing

Hi,

I am new to Power BI. I hope this is the correct board to post this in - please let me know if not.

So I have set up a process where users can submit requests via a Power Apps form.

-> the form populates a Microsoft List

-> I built a Power BI report from that list

My problem is it doesn't seem to be refreshing when I click on refresh.

I have also gone into the query to make sure the it has the refresh option selected.

Right now it's only 41 lines of data...and it's been over 30 mins since I entered a new request into the PowerApps form.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Anonymous

Is that Power Apps form you mentioned the visual Power Apps for Power BI of the desktop ? You said that it doesn't seem to be refreshing when you click on refresh , what is your data source ? How are you connecting to your data source ? If possible, can you describe your steps in detail with screenshots ? It may help us to deal with the problem easier .

Thanks for getting back to me. I retried it this morning and it is working now. It must have been the data source. 🙂
