Power BI Data Table Column Subtotals

Hi there is anyone able to assist with the following question:

I am working on the above data table and would like to in one column be able to sub total firstly the £Variance by Category and then in a second column be able to sub total the £Variance by Sector,

Would someone be able to help with the appropriate DAX code,

I am able to total the whole of the column using:

IF('PBI SECTORS'[SYMBOL]=BLANK(),BLANK(),SUM('PBI SECTORS'[£ / PURCHASE])) but would appreciate assistance with the respective subtotals,
