Power BI Azure heat map

In Azure Maps, the Heat Map visual is designed to highlight data density, not individual values. That means the circle size stays the same for all points, and only the color intensity changes to show where the data is stronger or weaker. For example, even if China has 250 leads and the US has 150 leads, both will appear as circles of the same size, with only the color shading indicating higher numbers. This is why you are not seeing a difference in bubble size. If your goal is to compare values visually, Heat Map is not the right option. Instead, you should use the Bubble/Point Map visual. In this type of map, when you drag Lead Count into the Size field, the circles will automatically scale so that higher numbers appear larger. This way, China will show a bigger bubble than the US, making the difference clear at a glance. In short, use Heat Map for density patterns and Bubble Map for value-based circle sizing.
