Power BI APP Color Theme and Font

Have you explored the new org app that was released in September? 
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/org-app-items/org-app-items

That would allow you to customize the App colors but not font.

high-contrast setting makes text and graphics easier to see by displaying more distinct colors.

Only users who have edit permission can change options on the font, color or something.

If you are a viewer to the report, you can't change the font or the color because of not being an editor.
