Power Automate flow failing when Page name is restricted

Hi ,

I have a requirement to email Power BI report to users using Power Automate. I am facing below two issues.

1. There are 5 pages in the report and I have to email only first page of the report. When I give the first page name, the power automate flow fails. If I do not enter any page name, then it works fine.

"Broadcast" is the page name.

These are the Power BI report pages

The flow fails after entering the page name.

2. There is a table in the first page with scroll. When I email as a PDF, it still has the scroll and does not show full data without scroll. Please suggest if there is a workaround for this to send an email as PDF without scrollbar at the bottom.

Thank you.

Hi, @POSPOS ,

The page name parameter is different from the displayed page name.

Export and email a report with Power Automate - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Please refer to the following image to find the page name parameter.

Currently not supported to hide scrollbars in exported PDF, it is recommended that you submit this idea and add comments with more details about the needs in Power BI Ideas as well.
