Power App in Power BI stuck on "Getting Your Data"

I have a Power App which works perfectly fine when I test it within Power Apps.  I embedded the app into Power BI using the Power App visual.  It was working perfectly fine there, as well.  I am logged in using my profile in both systems.  Today, when I access the app via Power BI, it is stuck with the message "Getting Your Data".  Any ideas why?

PowerApps stuck on getting your data - Enjoy SharePoint

Stuck on " Getting your data " · Learn Power Apps

  1. Check Network and Permissions: Ensure that the network connection is stable and that you have the necessary permissions to access the data source. Sometimes network issues or permission changes can cause unexpected behavior.
  2. Clear Cache: Try clearing the cache of your browser or the Power Apps application. Cached data can sometimes interfere with the loading of resources.
  3. Update Power Apps: Ensure that your Power Apps Studio is up to date. Sometimes bugs are fixed in newer versions of the software.
  4. Check Data Source Health: Verify the health and accessibility of the data source itself. If it's an external database or service, there might be issues on that end.
  5. Inspect App Performance Profile: Use the Power Apps Monitor to inspect the app's performance and see if there are any errors or performance issues that might be causing the problem.
  6. Check for Circular References: Sometimes, if there are circular references in your data (where two or more tables are interdependent in a way that creates a loop), it can cause issues with data loading.
  7. Consult Power Apps Community: Post your issue on the Power Apps Community forum. Often, other users or Microsoft support staff can provide insights based on similar experiences.
  8. Consider App Complexity: If your app has grown in complexity, it might be hitting some performance limits. Simplifying the app or breaking it into smaller, more manageable pieces could help.
  9. Debugging Step by Step: Add one component at a time and test the app. This way, you might be able to isolate the issue to a specific component or action.

Best Regards
