Potential Bug When Opening Embedded PowerApp from Desktop and Service
Hi karimabdelrazek ,
Please have a try.
- You may have the “Preload app for enhanced performance” option enabled in your app settings, which can cause the app to load slowly or not at all.
- You may have some cache or cookies issues in your browser, which can prevent the app from loading properly. You can clear the cache and cookies for your browser
- You may have some access or permission issues with your app, which can cause the app to show an error message.

Anonymous . Thank you for the reply. The only solution I hadn't tried was disabling the "preload app for enhanced performance". I tried to disable this feature, but I keep getting a message saying the app is locked by me. I've tried multiple actions but still can't get this feature disabled. Any ideas on how to overcome this?
