Not sure where to post this, but here goes. When trying to open an embedded PowerApp from my Desktop (Version: 2.122.746.0 64-bit (October 2023)), my browser (Edge Version 118.0.2088.57 (Official build) (64-bit)) continuously cycles through several loading spinner messages, lasting for several minutes, before generating an error saying unable to open the app. Is this a known bug? If yes, does anyone know what the workaround is? I've come to a complete standstill till this gets resolved.

@Anonymous . Thank you for the reply. The only solution I hadn't tried was disabling the "preload app for enhanced performance". I tried to disable this feature, but I keep getting a message saying the app is locked by me. I've tried multiple actions but still can't get this feature disabled. Any ideas on how to overcome this?
