Postgre error

Hi ,

I'm getting the below error while connecting power bi to postgre database .

Error : Failed to save modifications to the server. Error returned: 'OLE DB or ODBC error: Could not load file or assembly 'Npgsql, Version=4.0.10.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=xxxxxxxxxxxxx' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.. '.

Can anyone please help with this issue ?
