Populate values into seondary table via a intermeditory table from FACT table

Hi Experts

 

i am trying to populate my related table via a intermediatory table from the main FACT table as shown in the diagram below not sure what i am doing wrong.

The requirement is not very clear. You may try using LOOKUPVALUE, RELATED and FILTER.
