Populate first value based on group

Hi Dear,

Could you please help me on below Dax logic?

I have a table with 3 collumns Location, device and Topo.

LOCATIONDEVICETOPOCollumn 1
14005912G
14005924G
14005944G
14053414G
14053432G
14053442G
14070112G
14070124G

I wonder how can I do to populate de collumn 1 with the folowing example:

LOCATIONDEVICETOPOCollumn 1
14005912G1
14005924G1
14005944G1
14053432G3
14053442G3
14070112G1
14070124G1
14070322G2
14070334G2

as you can see for each location I need to populate the collumn 1 with the lowest value of collumn device.
