Populate columns based in Filter Selection

I APOLOGIZE IF THIS QUESTION HAS BEEN ANSWERED ALREADY

I must start by saying that I am using Query Parameters as that is also a requirement for this report.

I have a requirement that includes allowing the end user to select a value from a dropdown slicer and it will essentially populate a column in a table and once two slicer selections are made, the third column will popluate with the variance. (See Screenshot 1)

I have a table with the values for the dropdown slicer.
