Populate column based on similar text in another column

Hello,

I have a list of customer accounts (see column to the left). These account names are all slightly different names. For example, some have an LLC; others may have the suite name, etc. In another column, I would like to group similar account names together. The output of the grouping doesn't matter to me. It can be common text found under the account name (see example output 1) or a number (see example out 2).

Hello @orana ,

If the account names are going to be static then you can use grouping activity in Power BI Desktop and create second column. Then if you want ranking you have to create any numeric column for reference or else you can also use alphabetical order for the same.

If I understand your comment correctly - there is a grouping function that allows me to group accounts. Would you happen to know if this grouping function is automated? I have about 31,000 account names, and manually grouping accounts would take a lot of time. 

RE: Ranking - I'm not trying to rank the account names. The column example output 2 is another way to group the account names. I can group them numerically or by text.
