    Hi, Smolik1980 

     

    This is a calculated column:

    CalculatedColumn= if(tbl[Action Status]="Completed"&&tbl[Forecasted Date]=BLANK(),"not correct","correct")

     If you want to create a measure, you need to modify this code.

    Like this:

    Measure =
IF (
    MAX ( tbl[Action Status] ) = "Completed"
        && MAX ( tbl[Forecasted Date] ) = BLANK (),
    "not correct",
    "correct"
)

Smolik1980 you want calculated column/measure? want this to be done through PQ/DAX? what is the relationship?
