Plot an Average Per Category Line Against Individual Data Points

Hi! My company negotiates contracts with other companies on different projects. When filtering by company, I want to be able to compare the time taken to negotiate a contract on a particular project, against the average for the project as a whole. I have a basic idea below (it does not have to be a line average, could be individual data plots):

Each time I add the average per category line, it just lines up with company filter so is identical to the bars. Is there any way to add a seperate visualisation on the same chart showing this average as compares with the indifividual data points? Thanks!

@gp825 , Use bar visual and add that line using analytics pane -> constant line -> Fx -> choose meausre

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-analytics-pane

For combo visual

Create a line like

calculate(averagex(Values(Table[Project]), calculate(Sum(Table[Value]) ) ), allselected())

Thanks! I'm looking for a line that varies by project rather than a constant figure. I'd tried the line and stacked column visual but unfortunately the company filter impacts both the line and bars. We have hundreds of companies so it's not feasible to create custom measures for each one
