Please Help me With the Refresh time zone

please help me i have big problem about timezone refresh I want to set it to UTC + 7 when on desktop the time is correct , but when i publish on power bi service its delay 7 hours    please help  ...

lbendlin because i need near realtime data for monitoring and this is the only solution to do with out fabric ,

actually the avg time to refresh is about 5 min.

fair enough.  Since Power Platform and Power BI/Fabric are always based on UTC it will be easier for you to adjust your processes to use UTC as well.
