Hi All,
Play visual is a nice custom visual that I have played for a while. However, I have a question that if it can do something like changing the order of the axis data based on the sort order. For example, in a bar chart, A is on the top of B in the year of 2015 but next year, B is bigger than A so B can be switched to the top place automatically. So during the played visual, we can see which one is switching to the top place from when.

Based on my test, you could use the Play Axis (Dynamic Slicer) visual to play your report automaticlly.

unfortunately this is not possible by using the "Play" visual, but maybe the "Ribbon" visual can provide what you are looking for:
The Ribbon chart is one of the default visuals:
Hopefully this is what you are looking for, at least it provides an idea, how you can "track" change over time.
