Planner to Power BI issues

Hey Guys,

So I have problems connecting Planner to Power BI using Flow. (Planner => Excel => POWER BI)
The data I can connect between them is insufficient.
I've seen it before on this forum but I haven't found any possible solution online except for Third party tools.

Is there any way to to connect them automatically including all data from Planner? Any work arounds or something?

Thanks in advance

Hi @BramDeWinne ,

Unfortunately, we still need to connect Planner to Power BI by third party tools, like Excel, SharePoint list and etc.. You could vote up the idea : Load data from Office 365 Planner to PowerBI to make Power BI better.

Here are some blogs about how to implement the requirement by SharePoint list.  Maybe it will help you get all the data.

Use Flow to push the data from Planner into SharePoint lists

Thanks for the answer!

I already tried the things that you linked in the answer but it is not working out that great for me.

Guess I'll have to check out the third party tools and hope for a solution by Microsoft itself in time..

Kind regards!
