Pl 300

Hi All,

I am planning to take pl 300 exam by sep end. Need guidance on two areas,

1. Are we allowed to use Google or Internet based resources (particularly Microsoft learn for dax functions) while taking the exam ?

2. Is the prep time I am giving myself enough? Some points to consider, 

- I am almost good with power query (not m functions), data modeling, visualisation and understanding the business need

- Not really good with security features and dax functions. I can though recreate dax formulas by bit of Internet research.

Your help would be appreciated. Especially those who took the exam recently how much of the assessment was related to dax and security.

Any hint about free but credible resources to strengthen above mentioned weak points would also be appreciated.

Hello,

During the exam, you are not allowed to use your notes or any internet search ...

you must be alone in the room, camera nd microphone on, and not allowed to read the question loudly 

The inspector will ask you to remove all your phones, and secondary screen, and to show him the place 

as for the question 2

Prepare the data (25–30%)

Model the data (25–30%)

Visualize and analyze the data (25–30%)

Deploy and maintain assets (15–20%)

and yes you will have multiple DAX questions to answer and you cannot use the internet

also you will have a use case, and security Questions
