Pivot Table - Subtotals by Quarters - Custom Calculations

Hello Everyone, 

I am quite new with DAX and PowerPivot. 

I built all my formulas using dax in Pivot, but now I have problem with Subtotals by quarters / Grand Total with "Not Effect" Row:

1) I want to show by Quaters 2000 (Average of Months) instead of Total  (6000)

2) I want to show 2000 in Grand Total instead of (23600)

here is picture:

Appears Value Field Setting doesnt work in order to swith on Average.

Could anyone help me?
