Pin the Location in Heat Map

You could create a Heat Map with your Pins.

But you can't calculate the distance between two location automatically in this map.

Here is a workaround which teaches you to create a distance measure based on the "lat" and "lng".

In addition, You could use another Map in Power BI to achieve this requirement.
