Good day! I'm having an issue with Pie Chart

I'm searching for a bar-of-pie chart or how I can create it on Power BI Desktop as is shown in the following picture?

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly, but please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.

One of ways is using both Pie chart and Stacked column chart visualizations.
