Pie chart within a bubble chart

Is it possible to create a pie chart within a bubble chart?

 

The chart will look like the photo attached.

 

  1. Multiple bubbles and sizing related to one another
  2. Each bubble is a "pie"

    Hi Anonymous 

    Based on check power bi visuals, I haven't found any charts(include custom visual) support display multiple pie chart.

    Maybe you can try to use R scripts to draw the graph.
