Pie Chart values as a percentage of a static value

I need to create a pie chart that shows a value from a filed as a percentage of a "fixed" value. So I have a measurement of 7000 meters. My PowerBi Dashboard has values per building based on a slicer selection. Can I get each value on a pie chart as a percentage of the fixed 7000m value?

Hi @BarryFletcher 

You can use 3 Dax measures :
1.For 7000 :

divider = 7000
2. For selected building :

selected building = sum('Table'[Bealding area])

3 For the difference between 7000 and the selected part :

dynamic difference = [divider]- sum('Table'[Bealding area])
