Phase/Milestone Time Tracker

I need timeline graph, just similar to the screenshot shared above. The data consist of following hierarchy:
There are four phase: Design, Preparation, Build, Deploy

And each phase have multiple milestones.
There is Planned start date, Planned end date for each milestone & % completion for each milestone.
% Completion of Phase: Average of all milestone % completion within that phase.
Which custom visual works fine here to meet the requirement.

You can create a gantt chart, not sure how exactly you want it look like, you can play around it. You may get the visual in the app source.

I also want to show milestone within that phase, i tried it, it doesn't solve the purpose
