Personal Gateway & xyz.onmicrosoft.com email being used vs. corp domain email.

I have a customer where I deployed PBI soluton  when I go to setup a scheduled refresh the ui has my account xyz@domain.com  when I try to let another user with the Personal Gatew "take over" the refresh it wants to add his xyz@domain.onmicrosoft.com account vs xyz@domain.com  

 

How do we get around this?
