Cyrilbrd , Just check that RAM os system is occupied by other Application, Unusually Browser takes a lot of memory.

 

Check that the hard disk on which power bi installed has sufficient free space. More than 20GB 

 

Try these settings with the Memory Management Cache of 8-10GB
