Performance Issue in OKVIZ Smart Filter Pro

Hi All,

Is any one using OKVIZ smart filter pro? Please share your thoughts on improving the performance of this visual. We have recently included this visual in our report and it is taking up to 1 minute for refreshing other visuals on the page. Though we have optimized the data model , the search throgh okviz is still slow. Please share your suggestions.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Based on my test,when using  OKVIZ Smart Filter Pro to filter data,it only takes seconds to refresh other visuals,so it shouldnt be the case of the visual,pls take below steps to check for help:

    1.check your CPU utilization.

    2.Clear the cache in desktop.
